From arrival you will let yourself in to your new home for now, with the key that has been left out for you. You will walk through the cottage and immediately feel that you are at home, but maybe with a house maid having prepared for your arrival.

The 110 year old polished floorboards, the open fireplaces, the Sitting Room with music and desk, or the lounge room with television, the large refurbished kitchen/dining room with large double doors opening to the fully enclosed and personal outdoor entertaining and barbecue area, the light and bright bathroom with double spa, will all feel just like home.

You are located no more than 1.2 kilometres, or a 15 minute stroll from Hobart’s main attractions: Salamanca Place (1km), the Salamanca Market (1km), the CBD (1 km) and the North Hobart eateries, our Lygon Street of Hobart (1.2 kms).

Just beyond the main streets of Hobart, you are in a quiet street, with a private and tranquil barbecue area, but so close to all the things you want to see and do whilst in Hobart.

Like your own home, your bedroom is cosy, comfortable, and with a bed that you just die in! With a variety of hard and soft pillows that the fussiest sleeper will be able to satisfy themselves with.
